Click and collect is available from our shop in Yarra Junction: Shop 3, 2455 Warburton Hwy, Yarra Junction, VIC 3797

The shop is open 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays

Shipping

$14 Flat Rate shipping to Cities and Major Areas*
Same day dispatch for orders received before 9am. *

We offer a $14 flat rate delivery fee to cities and major areas across Australia for non-express orders unless the parcel exceeds certain weight or dimension limits or if the destination is considered rural. If you wish to utilise an Express Post service, the costs by State and Parcel Sizes will be shown at checkout.

 

The expected delivery times in the table below are those provided by our chosen shipping company. They are estimates only and Hugs for Kids cannot guarantee any delivery time once your parcel has been dispatched.

Tracking Numbers are provided in the Shipping Confirmation email which is sent once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order by clicking the link in that email.

Flat Rate Delivery is not available for items or parcels that exceed certain weights or dimensions or if the location is considered rural. If your order is heavy or bulky or if you live in a rural you will be presented with the available postage options for your order weight/size in the checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to customer error (such as incorrect address details entered), any attempted re-delivery will be charged at the full applicable rate. This includes any orders which originally qualified for free shipping. Payment of said delivery fee will be required before the order is re-delivered. 

Hugs for Kids is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct, however in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order as confirmed, we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a refund.

Hugs for Kids only delivers products within Australia. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours with delivery times after dispatch depending on the shipping option selected by the customer.

Dispatch occurs Monday to Friday. Orders received after 9am will be be dispatched the same or following business day depending on how busy we are, unless there is an issue with the items, in which case customers can expect to head from us in that same time frame.
