Same Day Dispatch for orders received before 11am

The expected delivery times in the table below are those provided by our chosen shipping company. They are estimates only and Hugs for Kids cannot guarantee any delivery time once your parcel has been dispatched. Tracking Numbers are provided in the Shipping Confirmation email which is sent once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order by clicking the link in that email.

Please note that while most Collect Instore orders will be ready to collect the following business day, there may be a slight delay if stock needs to be transferred from one store to another. Regardless, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready to be collected.


Postage Costs - Australia

$7 Flat Rate Regular Post across Australia

We offer a $7 flat rate delivery fee for non-express orders unless the parcel exceeds certain weight or dimension limits. If you wish to utilise an Express Post service, the costs by State and Parcel Sizes are shown in the tables below. This will be calculated automatically for you.

Postage Costs - New Zealand

Please note that deliveries to New Zealand will be dispatched as per Australian orders but will take between 3-10 business days to arrive. Please also not that international deliveries cannot be tracked and therefore Hugs for Kids takes no responsibility for undelivered items.

  1. Flat Rate Delivery is not available for items or parcels that exceed certain weights or dimensions. If you have selected one of these items, you will be presented with the available postage options for your order weight/size in the checkout.

  2. If an order is returned to us due to customer error (such as incorrect address details entered), any attempted re-delivery will be charged at the full applicable rate. This includes any orders which originally qualified for free shipping. Payment of said delivery fee will be required before the order is re-delivered. 

  3. Hugs for Kids is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct, however in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order as confirmed, we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a refund.

  4. Hugs for Kids only delivers products within Australia and New Zealand. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours with delivery times after dispatch depending on the shipping option selected by the customer.

  5. Dispatch occurs Monday to Friday. Orders received after 11am will be dispatched the following day. Orders received after 11am on Fridays and on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Please note that dispatch does not occur on gazetted Victorian Public Holidays.
