So, in order to help you continue celebrating Pregnancies, Births, Birthdays and other Children's Milestones while maintaining safe social distancing measures, Hugs for Kids has now implemented a 6 Step Safe Visit Strategy.
1. Hand Sanitiser:
Please ensure that all visitors in your care use the hand sanitising station upon entrance. Our staff are also sanitising their hands after each customer interaction.
2. Cleaning Schedule
We have implemented a more rigorous cleaning schedule that is systematically carried our throughout the day.
3. Air Purification
We are currently burning Thieves Oil throughout the store as it is known as an effective and safe anti-viral.
4. No Touching Policy
Although we are usually happy for kids to explore the store, we ask parents to keep touching of products to a minimum by preferably keeping children in prams etc. or by directing them to the play area which is receiving intensive cleaning throughout the day.
5. Free Local Delivery
For those who wish to avail themselves of our products without entering the store, we are also offering Free Delivery for local customers (approx. 12km radius from here) - the free shipping option will appear in the checkout.
6. Free Online Gift Wrapping
For those who wish to send gifts instead of delivering them in person, we are also offering Free Gift Wrapping & Gift Notes as well as the ability to deliver direct to the recipient to minimise unnecessary contact with our most vulnerable populations.
